Professional Qualifications:
Level 5 Diploma in Humanistic Gestalt Counselling
I am trained in the Gestalt methodology. You can find out more about Gestalt Humanistic counselling by clicking here. I hold an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) certificate for adults and children.
I volunteered at Eastleigh College as a counsellor for clients predominantly under the age of 20 years old. I also volunteered at ANA Treatment Centres for two years at their residential unit. I facilitated group sessions and workshops, and held one-to-one counselling sessions with clients as an extra support to their 12 Step programme.
My training allows me to help you with anything you would like to talk about, however the following subjects are particular areas of experience that I have:

British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
As a member of the BACP, I have had the appropriate ethics training and maintain strict confidentiality with my clients whilst maintaining the requirements of the law. Only under certain circumstances will I seek your permission to break confidentiality. This will be fully explained in further detail before we start our first session.
